Leon Lv is the brand protection manager of Eaton Corporation in APAC region. He served several MNCs to do IPR protection affairs, Leon has rich IPR protection experience in many industries, including sports, luxury and cosmetics as well as electrical currently. Leon primarily focuses on anti-counterfeiting investigation and enforcement, as well as disputes and litigations in trademark and unfair competition field. Several cases led by Leon were recognized by General Administration of Customs of PRC as the annual best cases, and some cases were elected as annual best cases by QBPC. He is the vice chairman of Best Practice and Enforcement Committee in QBPC.

Leon got a master of laws degree at East China University of Political Science and Law, he was a PRC qualified lawyer and practiced in Law firm for several years.

吕江峰，伊顿电气亚太区品牌保护经理。先后供职于多家跨国公司从事知识产权保护工作，涉及包括运动品、奢侈品和化妆品以及目前的电气行业。主要专注于反假冒调查，商标争议和民事诉讼，拥有丰富的品牌保护行业经验，其负责的案件多次被中国海关总署认定为海关知识产权保护年度十佳案例、中国外商投资企业协会优质品牌保护委员会年度最佳案例。目前还担任中国外商投资企业协会优质品牌保护委员会最佳案例和执法委员会副主席。

吕江峰毕业于华东政法大学，获得法学硕士学位，具备中国律师资格并有律所执业经历。
