Shengtao Hu works as Director IPR Policy at Ericsson and earlierspent three years for APAC public affairs with a US based world leading company. Prior to joining the private sector, she worked more than one decadeofyears in the Department of Treaty and Law, Ministry of Commerce of China, dealing with the bilateral and multilateral negotiations on IPR issues, Free Trade Agreements and investment treaties as well as the domestic legislative work in such areas.

胡盛涛，现为爱立信公司知识产权政策总监，之前在一家全球行业领先的美国公司负责亚太新兴市场公共事务；并曾在商务部条约法律司工作十余年，主要从事知识产权、自由贸易协定、双边投资条约谈判和相关领域的国内立法。
