中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司副总法律顾问、科技委常委，主责法律事务和知识产权专项管理。

1987年毕业于上海交通大学，获法学士学位。历任上海交通大学凯原法学院院长助理、上海交通大学法律事务室主任、中国航发商发法律事务部部长。主编《货物买卖法律诉讼实务》（广东经济出版社），参编《国际经济法新论》（武汉大学出版社）、《知识产权法》（清华大学出版社）。

Deputy General Counsel and Standing Committee member of Science and Technology Commission of AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co.,Ltd., responsible for special management of legal affairs and intellectual property rights.

Graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Law, has served as assistant dean of Koguan Law School and Director of Legal Affairs Office of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Director of Legal Affairs Department of AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd. Editor-in-Chief, Legal Litigation Practice of Goods Purchase and Sale (Guangdong Economic Press), participated in New Theory of International Economic Law (Wuhan University Press) and Intellectual Property Law (Tsinghua University Press).
