Currently working as aLegal Head of Water & Beverage & EDP and IP head of China in Danone

l  As legal head of Water and Beverage in China, she is currently leading a team to provide pragmatic and all-round legal service to varieties of legal entities in China. As legal head of EDP, she closely worked with business team to help to design and set out business models and bring plant based products to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea.

l  She successfully assisted in organization optimization, new business model initiatives and landing new channels and opportunities exploration and assets optimization. Worked on several M&A projects to achieve a more focus approach for business and optimize the company assets;

l  As IP head of greater China, she developed IP management and protection strategy, focus on innovation/renovation supporting, IP infringement investigation & Anti-counterfeiting tactic, IP litigation and value capture strategy. Supported over 100 innovation and renovation projects every year to grow product categories and/or enter new markets & channels, including concept, claim and label validation, IP acquisition, contracts, promotion activities and new products launch; She improved ways of working through technology and new process. She took the initiatives to set up on-line monitor system to build up a solid and comprehensive IP online and off-line monitoring & protection infrastructure for greater China, adapting to rapid development of technologies and digitalization; Successfully built up direct cooperative framework with e-commerce giant, i.e. Alibaba, JD, Pin duo duo etc. to enable the capability of cracking down infringement in one day and reduce turn-around time and increase productivity.
