ZiAng Zhuang is a Master in Law graduate from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.  ZiAng is an experienced and well-rounded counsel with a focus on intellectual property litigation and dispute resolutions.  ZiAng Zhuang worked for BOE Technology Group as a legal counsel of patent licensing and litigation.  ZiAng now serves as Director of Litigation and IP Law, Chief Secretary for Open Source Committee in Xiaomi Inc.  Ziang Zhuang is supervising the litigation team responsible for patent litigation, overseas trade mark litigation and other significant litigation and dispute resolutions. ZiAng Zhuang is leading a team dedicated in handling the increasing challenges caused by intellectual property litigations both in China and overseas markets.  ZiAng together with the team are managing and litigating cases in over 10 jurisdictions, both as claimants and respondents, against famous patent assertors, industrial competitors, and NPEs.  ZiAng also advises in intellectual property licensing and transactions, overseas legal and regulation compliances, etc.  ZiAng, as the Chief Secretary for Open Source Committee, runs the open source governance and open source legal compliances for Xiaomi Inc.

庄子昂毕业于华中科技大学，获得法学硕士学位。曾就职于京东方科技集团，任专利许可与诉讼律师。目前就职于小米集团法务部，任知识产权及诉讼总监、集团开源委员会秘书长。负责专利诉讼，海外重大诉讼和争议解决。庄子昂带领公司诉讼团队成功应对小米在国内和海外遭遇的知识产权诉讼挑战，作为原告和被告与包括业内著名专利权利人、业内竞争对手和NPE等不同相对方在超过10个国家和地区进行诉讼、仲裁或其他法律争议。庄子昂与诉讼团队一起在上述案件中取得显著的成绩，成功保护了公司的利益。此外，庄子昂还对知识产权许可与交易，海外法律合规提供咨询建议，并作为开源委员会秘书长推动公司开源战略和开源法律合规工作。
