Master Degree, the Senior Engineer of Intellectual Property(IP), Patent Agent and external auditor of Enterprise IP Management System, employed as manager of integation department of new technology and materials in AVIC JONHON OPTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, and patent agent in Shanghai Savvy Intellectual Property Agency. At present, she holds the position of manager of IP department being responsible for strategic analyses, appraisal and management of enterprise patent in Shanghai Construction Group.

Ms Li is in charge of 2 IP demonstration appraisal projects held by China National Intellectual Property Administration, including “Second Innovative IP Appraisal Projects of Intelligent Flexible PC Componet Production Line “and “Key Technologies IP Appraisal Projects of Sponge City Porous Structure Permeable Pavement”. Besides, she shoulders the duties of 3 IP appraisal projects in Shanghai, 3 enterprise management and regulation projects, and a number of special enterprise database constructions and customized enterprise training. Ms Li have published 5 papers related to intelletual property.

As the project leader, Ms Li promotes the rebuilding of patent value, constructs the core competitive ability, and escorts the sustainable development and leapover upgrade of enterprise, by sticking to the actual needs of enterprise and taking the advantage of patent information.

李小永，硕士研究生学历，知识产权高级工程师、全国专利代理人，全国企业知识产权管理体系IPMS外审员。曾任中航光电子有限责任公司新技术/新材料整合部经理、上海思微知识产权代理事务所专利代理人，具有丰富的专利挖掘和专利代理经验。现任上海建工集团工程知识产权管理部经理，主要负责企业专利战略分析、知识产权评议、企业知识产权管理等工作。

先后主持国家局的知识产权评议示范项目《柔性PC构件智能化生产线二次创新知识产权评议项目》和《海绵城市多孔结构透水路面的关键技术知识产权评议项目》。同时还累计承担了3项上海知识产权评议项目，3项企业知识产权管理规范建设项目，多项企业专题数据库建设工作以及企业定制化培训等方面的工作，发表知识产权相关论文5篇。
